Over the last two years of building design, Alcon was awarded with it’s AND Kelowna’s biggest project ever. UBCO downtown Kelowna, a LEED Project. 43 storey building with 3 levels of parkade, 8 storeys of academic space, 473 residential rental suites, with a mix of leased office spaces.
