Vineyards was started back in 2019 and was Alcon’s very first project awarded out in the Okanagan. The buildings has 134 units made into 5 floors of assisted living in Kelowna.

Costco opens on Tsuut’ina Nation, company’s first store on an Indigenous development in Canada
Alcon took part in this development and we couldn’t be more proud! The Costco is located just West of Calgary city limits. This is Costco’s 7th warehouse in Calgary. This project is part of a larger scope of work that will be developed in the area.
Affordable Housing Project for Homeless in Calgary’s NE opening after 7 Years!
Alcon is happy to be a part of the newly renovated Quality Inn in Calgary’s NE, which now will be a Drop in and Rehab Center with 7 storey’s and will provide 79, single bedroom and 2 bedroom units for Calgary residents in need of supportive affordable housing.
